About This Service

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for 3-5 minutes (or longer) to target deep connective tissues ligaments, joints, and fascia. Unlike dynamic styles like Vinyasa, Yin Yoga encourages stillness and surrender, making it a perfect complement to more active practices. At Nepal Yoga Studio, we offer Yin Yoga as a way to release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate mindfulness in a supportive environment.

Types of Yin Yoga at Nepal Yoga Studio
